For the best experience, we recommend using the Google Chrome Internet browser when accessing the course content. We do NOT recommend using Internet Explorer. While other browsers, such as Safari and Firefox, will also work, the platform works best with Google Chrome.

When viewing course videos, we recommend closing all other browser windows and any other programs that are open on your computer. If you experience any problems viewing your videos, we suggest that you refresh your browser. If this doesn’t solve the issue, try clearing your cache and/or updating your browser.

To ensure that you receive all course-related messages, be sure to add to your contacts. If you use Gmail as your email provider, be sure to drag any Gordon Castle Vegetable/Flower Growers Course message from your Promotions tab to your primary Inbox tab.
